Range and Oven Upgrade

At the Sisterhood of Sobriety, 10 to 12 women cook individual and shared meals on a daily basis. On Sundays, we also prepare potluck meals and everyone eats together. We consider these activities essential aspects of both self-sufficiency and community building. So, it’s no surprise that our ovens and stove range get quite a workout!  Indeed, our range is now only partially operational, and the oven below it no longer works. That’s why we are seeking donations to replace this major kitchen appliance.

We estimate the cost of replacing our range stove and oven at $4000.
